Based in Queen Creek, Arizona, we support families who want more than one-size-fits-all instruction—they want their child to feel confident, capable, and supported.

At Rising Readers, we meet each child with patience, encouragement, and individualized literacy instruction tailored to their needs. We celebrate progress, build confidence step by step, and partner closely with parents every step of the journey. Our goal is simple: to help your child discover their potential and grow into a confident reader.

Our Programs
We offer a range of programs to meet the diverse needs of our learners, including one-on-one tutoring and small group intervention. We also offer small group homework help Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 3:30-4:30.

Elizabeth Johnson is an experienced educator and literacy expert committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of learners. She holds a Master’s degree in Special Education and an endorsement in Reading and Literacy. Elizabeth has taught students of all ages, with experience spanning elementary grades K–6 and Junior High.
